About the Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Administration Officer to join our team in the Metabolic Clinic. As the Administration Officer you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the manager and wider team
- Supporting quality customer service, providing respectful, helpful responses to enquiries both face-to-face and via the phone or email.

About You
Our ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate previous experience working in similar role that demonstrates strong customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple demands and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Demonstrate positive, solutions focused thinking and ability to work within multiple administrative processes
- Be a fast learner and willing team participant, ready to provide support to a high-performing team
- must be available to work Monday and Tuesday
