We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to deliver inclusive and person-centred quality care and support at both our Busselton and Dunsborough facilities.

We offer a variety of shifts, including AM,PM and Nights.

Competitive hourly rates ranging from $47- $60 (depending on experience).

We have sponsorship opportunities available.

Key responsibilities:

Day to day operational management of our facilities in the beautiful location of Dunsborough and Busselton

Ensure residents experience person-centred care and services

Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of Capecare

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements

Budgeting and financial management and staff management

Ensure high levels of customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff

To be successful in this role:

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working within an Aged Care environment preferred.

Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
