About the Client
Our client is an international manufacturer of quality equipment for HVAC systems supplying air filters, insulated flexible ducting, air grilles and vents, and fittings. They are looking to grow their team and have multiple positions available in their Sales Team.

What you will be doing

Successful candidates will work in either the company’s Retail or Commercial Sales Team, with working hours set at 8:00am – 4:00pm (Monday to Friday). Core duties include (but not limited to);

Retail

· Serving walk in customers

· Typing Orders

· Monitoring Emails

· Phone enquires and orders

· Invoicing/Credits

· Picking small orders

· Refilling shelves

Commercial

· Process Sales Orders as instructed by Commercial Team

· Reply to Customer Inquiries for Delivery updates

· Process of smaller pricing inquiries

· Processing Invoices

· Arranging Transport for outgoing Orders

· Monitoring of overdue Orders and re-dating due dates as required

· Receipting of PO’s into the system

· Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner

· Track, manage and change orders in the system

What You Will Need

· Previous experience in a customer service/admin-based role

· Previous experience in a sales-driven role (highly desirable)

· Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask!

· Strong communication skills

· Previous experience using standard software such as Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)

· Ability to understand company products and discuss with customers

· Driver’s Licence + reliable transport
