We are looking for the right fit to join our Reservations team based at our BILINGA office (opposite the Gold Coast airport).

HOURS REQUIRED: Ideally full time hours, with flexibility to suit your needs. Casual or permanent. Long term, stable employment. Weekend work available.

As an Inbound/Outbound Reservations Phone Consultant, you'd join our exceptional crew, following up on our website enquiries with a focus on making bookings and providing quality customer service. NO COLD CALLING!

Key responsibilities of the role:

Making outbound calls to customers who have made an online enquiry on our website to secure bookings.

Exceptional customer service, providing any information that customers may require.

Answering Inbound phones calls.

Occasional face to face customer service on counter facilitating car rentals as required.

Successful applicants will have:

Outstanding communication skills.

Ability to work independently.

Self motivated/persistent attitude.

Exceptional sales ability (Previous sales experience is A MUST!!)

Intermediate computer skills required.

Previous experience and success with outbound telemarketing or appointment setting is highly regarded.
