Operating from our modern workshop in Roma, we provide high-quality service and support to a diverse range of clients across the Agricultural, Oil & Gas, Earthmoving, Transport, and Mining industries.

We are currently seeking a suitably qualified individual to manage our Counter Sales operations and meet the needs of our valued clients. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for developing their skills and growing within a dynamic, industry-leading team.

Job tasks and responsibilities

This position is responsible for over-the-counter sales, manufacturing of hose assemblies, processing customer orders & providing additional product advice with a focus on customer service excellence.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for

Manufacture hose and fitting assemblies to customer requirements.

Process customer orders and provide product advice

Hydraulic system component repair

Assisting with Inventory needs

Develop & support relationships between ENZED & customers

Adhere to WH&S policies and procedures

Ensure all activities comply with relevant acts and regulations and with professional ethical standards

Implement all applicable Quality Assurance procedures and participate in relevant quality-related functions.

Already reside in or have the desire to live in the Roma region. (Relocation support would be offered to the desirable candidate)

Skills and experience

Exposure to hose assembly in both Industrial & Hydraulic hose markets is desirable; however in-house training will be provided.

Relevant trade qualifications with fluid power experience are desirable, but not essential

Communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ambition to grow and take on new challenges.

Availability to work overtime.

A team player with initiative, resilience, and a strong desire to achieve results, while also being capable of working independently without supervision.

Be able to handle negative situations calmly and soothingly.

An hourly rate commensurate with experience will be offered to the successful candidate.
