Our service centre is located in the heart of Bayside suburb of Brighton. We operate a busy & vibrant automotive service centre. The Role:

We are seeking to add a full-time service adviser / front desk assistant to work under the guidance of our service team leaders. All necessary training and assistance will be given to the successful applicant. The role is full time Monday to Friday (no weekends) providing support to the service team. A full Australian driver’s license is required. You maybe required to occasionally drive a customer home or do a delivery when the team need support. Uniforms are provided. We have a high standard of customer support. Some important parts of the role.

· Greeting customers, booking in and out.

· Answering phones including booking enquiries, customer interaction.

· Managing work calendar of one sector of our mobile business.

· Parts ordering.

· Data entry.

· Invoicing & quoting.

The Person:

Enthusiastic and energetic individual who is eager to join a dynamic fast-growing company, where people are the heart of the business.

An automotive background or interest in the car industry would be preferred in this role but not necessary.

Capable of working in a friendly efficient office environment and as part of a team. An enthusiastic approach to the work is necessary, the successful candidate will be provided with full uniform.
