Sale Motors Group is seeking an experienced Service Manager for our vibrant dealership, to oversee the Service Department, ensure Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Supervise and motivate the customer service team, providing training on company policies and service procedures.

Set customer service standards and policies, ensuring a positive after-sales experience and the building of strong customer relationships

Handle complex customer issues, complaints, and inquiries that fall outside standard procedures. .

Manage the daily operations of the service department and coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

Collect and analyse data on customer feedback, service performance, and operational trends to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making

Work with other department leaders to improve the overall quality and efficiency of services.

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership experience managing a service department, ideally in automotive industry.

A record of successfully developing people and strengthening team capability.

A strong safety mindset with a track record of compliance.

Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.

Strong knowledge of automotive franchise front service desk operating requirements and standards.

Mechanical knowledge and/or relevant trade qualifications would be advantageous.
