Qualifications & experience
MIG welding experience essential
Fabrication experience essential
Trade qualification preferred
Mechanically minded
Ability to read production drawings
Ability to work autonomously, as well as work well within a team environment
A can do and proactive mindset
Reliable, conscientious, eagerness to learn and grow with the business
Willingness to grow with the company
Role Responsibilities
Work autonomously to complete tasks in a timely manner
Manage and complete job records through company operating documentation
Display pride in self and workmanship
