Tuff Mounts started in 2008 in a backyard shed making bespoke engine mounts aimed at high performance vehicles. Fast forward to today in 2025, we now distribute our products throughout Australia and Internationally. We are looking for a new team member. We are known for our outstanding quality of work, fit and finish. We are continually growing as our products reach further and further. We are a family focused business with 7 other team members. Multiple Positions are available, We are looking for a Production welder capable of Excellent, Consistent work. The successful applicant must have a great attitude, be reliable, trustworthy, have a eye for detail and be proud of the work produced. The ability to read and follow instructions is key for this role. We are located in St Marys, Adelaide.

Qualifications & experience

Excellent MIG work is paramount.

TIG welding would be an advantage but not essential.

Welding qualifications will be an advantage but not essential.

Enthusiastic, Energetic, forward thinking with a Strong work ethic are all key requirements for this role.

A knowledge of workshop tools and equipment.

Time management/ Organizational skills are required.

Tasks & responsibilities

MIG welding of Mild Steel automotive components from jigs

Commitment to Long Term employment.

Maintain a consistent and high quality standard

Processing of laser cut parts for welding and assembly

Meet targets and maintain a consistent high standard of quality

Minor stock control and updating of raw stock

Working alongside and supporting the production team

Working to meet customer delivery time frames

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
