Your New Opportunity:

An excellent full-time, permanent opportunity exists for an Experienced Parts Analyst/Part interpreter/warehouse to join our dynamic team based at our Coomera offices where you will support the parts supply chain team. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

Interacting and supporting our customer base

Supporting our expanding Dealer network

Processing orders and maintaining inventory levels

Assisting customers with identifying the correct parts for their engines/power systems

Staying up to date with new products and technologies in the off-highway automotive and power generation industries

Attend meetings with other departments (Sales/ Service) to ensure priority of reviews based on volume and delivery schedule of new product introductions.

The ideal candidate will have:

Spare parts interpreting experience preferred.

Knowledge / background in diesel engines.

Experience using MANits and DEAR is highly regarded but not essential

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Good computer proficiency

An eagerness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
