Our commercial team is looking for a new parts interpreter to join their team.

We are looking for someone with a couple of years experience in industrial or auto parts and is wanting to grow their career. Our Commercial Division is a new team created to manage major / enterprise accounts and we need a professional intermediate level parts interpreter to help the team manage existing work and help our team pursue further opportunities.

From our Wacol branch you will help us service customers throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific

We may sell parts, but we are really in the customer service business

and we pride ourselves on being the best in the industry.

Key attributes required for this role

Experience in providing sales or technical experience within the industrial, automotive or similar industry

Client focused and excellent customer service skills

Computer literate

Self-motivated and reliable with the maturity to work without direct supervision

Be a team player with high attention to detail

Solid time management skills

Display a positive attitude and work ethic

Punctual and Excellent communication skills

Open drivers licence

Key Responsibilities

Use our computer database and catalogue system to identify vehicle makes, model and variations to determine the right parts.

Timely supply of parts through the receivable and dispatch process

Prepare invoices for the sale of stock

Provide industry best levels of service to customers in branch, by email or phone and online

Be part of a dedicated team who has a drive to achieve

Maintain regular communications with customers and Tranzmile branches on stock requirements

Assist in managing export documentation and export freight requirements for international customers

Salary will be negotiated with the best applicant and is flexible. We will adjust our package for the best applicant.
