About the role

Our role at Ella Bache in Carindale, QLD offers an exciting opportunity to join the Number 1 Ella Bache Salon in Australia. You will be responsible for providing a range of beauty services to our valued clients, including facials, massage, waxing and tinting to name a few, candidates with more advanced qualifications would be encouraged to apply.

What you'll be doing

Performing a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, tinting, massage and body treatments

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Advising clients on the best products and treatments for their individual needs

Contributing to the overall success of the salon through demonstrating a high level of customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications in Beauty Therapy or a related field

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar beauty role

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for making clients feel confident

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A friendly, professional and reliable approach to work with high energy and outstanding customer service

A commitment to ongoing learning and development within the industry

A commitment to offer availability over the weekend, either Saturday OR Sunday or both days on the weekend with additional weekday shifts to suit you.

Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)

Ability to meet sales targets and performance KPIs in a busy salon
