About Us
Abbotsford Boatshed is one of the oldest and most respected boatsheds in Australia. Located on the Parramatta River, we provide commercial moorings at several sites and offer a range of marine services, including maintenance and salvage operations.

About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and self-motivated General Hand to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, can take direction well, and has basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities

General cleaning and maintenance of the boatshed and work areas

Assisting with mooring maintenance at various sites

Supporting boat salvage and recovery operations

Using hand and power tools for general tasks

Working around and occasionally on the water

What We’re Looking For

Experience with hand and power tools

Willingness to learn and take direction

Good work ethic and a can-do attitude

Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious

Marine industry experience (advantageous but not essential)
