About the Role
As part of the production team, you’ll be working in a fast-paced, pristine and professional environment, playing a critical role in the manufacturing process. You’ll be trained on the job and supported every step of the way.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manual handling of raw ingredients
• Operating production machinery (full training provided)
• Quality assurance checks throughout the manufacturing process
• Accurately following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety procedures
• Meeting strict KPIs in a team-focused environment

What We’re Looking For:

• A keen eye for detail and a focus on quality
• Good communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Strong work ethic and proactive approach to work
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a long-term role

Previous experience in manufacturing is not required – if you've worked in retail, FMCG, warehousing, hospitality or similar roles, and you're ready for a fresh start, we'd love to hear from you.
