We currently seek a Venue Supervisor for our Manly venue. Exciting career opportunities exist throughout our group.

You will have past experience in a similar role, and be willing to work across a variety of serving periods on a 7 day roster.

You will be hardworking, outgoing, and must have a current RSA. You will lead your team by example and inspire!

Responsibilities and Duties :

Assist the Venue Manager in overseeing daily venue operations.

Provide amazing customer service

Supervise on-site staff during service, including setup, operation, and close.

Ensure all venue spaces are clean, safe, and ready for use.

Serve as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and guests during service.

Address and resolve any operational or customer service issues promptly.

Support in training and guiding part-time and casual staff.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Report maintenance needs, incidents, or operational concerns to the Venue Manager.

Assist with inventory checks for equipment and supplies.
