Bottle Shop Manager

Gracemere residents have called the Gracemere Hotel their favourite local since it was first established in 1885.

​We are looking for a Bottle Shop Manager to join and lead our bottle shop team.

Working closely with the General Manager you will:

Be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the bottle shop attached to our hotel. You will manage a small but dedicated team, including providing exceptional levels of customer service as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with the local community.

Responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the store is well-presented and the stock is beautifully displayed.

Maintaining appropriate stock levels.

Planning and preparing all operational requirements for the consistent delivery of customer service.

Monitoring and managing all WHS standards in the area, resolving or escalating incidents or concerns as necessary.

Established leadership skills

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience with POS systems and an ability to maintain budgets

A collaborative approach with management

A keen eye for the detail

Strong reporting and communication skills
