One of Perth's leading IFA's is looking for a strong Associate Advisor to join their team. They are looking for someone with a high level of emotional intelligence when it comes to their clients and their own development. The Role
Second chair client meeting, develop strategy in conjunction with advisers and prepare recommendations. You'll attend client meetings, analyse each client's needs, their goals and objectives in conjunction with the principal adviser, then jointly present a strategy meeting their best interests. Your notes and recommendations from the client meetings will then be used to deliver the brief of advice recommendations to para-planning. You will project manage the actions, manage workflow among this team and make sure that the strategies are implemented correctly.

About You
You will have a strong technical background either as a Paraplanner or an Associate Advisor. To succeed in this position you must be both self-driven and a team player. Attention to detail is paramount.

Degree qualified

4 years + within financial planning

Genuine desire to be in a client-facing and relationship building role
