Electrical Supervisor – Wiring Harness Division

About the role
We’re looking for an Electrical Department Supervisor to take the lead in our Wiring Harness Division. You’ll be responsible for guiding a team of 12, making sure harnesses are built to specification, quality is spot-on, and staff are supported and trained. This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll work alongside the team, producing product, sharing your know-how, and setting the standard every day.

What you’ll be doing

Leading, training, and supporting a team of 12 harness assemblers

Checking quality and ensuring drawings are correctly interpreted

Setting daily tasks and making sure production runs smoothly

Rolling up your sleeves and producing product alongside the team

Maintaining high safety and workmanship standards

Building skills and confidence in the team through guidance and training

What we’re looking for

Solid wiring harness production experience

Ability to read and interpret harness drawings

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality

A consultative, team-focused leadership style

Someone who enjoys training others and leading by example

Strong communication skills and a steady, practical approach
