DUTIES.

• Lead all phases of the architectural process, including preparation and delivery of DA and CC packages
• Manage project teams, consultants, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth project execution
• Attend site meetings, resolve on-site issues, review shop drawings, and ensure delivery aligns with the design intent and project vision

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary education in Architecture, Registration is desirable
• High proficiency with ArchiCAD, able to do mark-ups
• Proven experience leading multi-residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects
