About the role:

Reporting directly to the Executive Team, as Site Foreman/Manager, you will oversee all site activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. This is a full-time, on-site position (Mon–Fri and half-day Saturdays).

Main duties include but not limited to below:

Ensures the delivery of the project in line with the construction program.

Produce construction program weekly to line manager.

Check supplier and sub-contractor progress claims.

Check Sub-contractor variations and cost changes.

Manages construction team, sub-contractors and reports directly to line manager.

Oversees OH&S compliance and all relevant safety standards to ensure safe work environment.

Manage the OHS compliance across all sites and handle all Industrial Relations issues

Develop and implement quality control procedures (Inspection Test Plan ITP system)

Identify and resolve construction project issues on site.

Inspection of Sub contractors works, materials etc to ensure compliance with Tender and Construction documents.

Requirements:

3 years’ experience as a Site Manager on residential new build projects

Knowledge of NCC, especially on Class 1 Buildings.

Familiar with the construction methodology and procedure.

Demonstrated understanding of safety, health and environment best practice.
