Keep Space is an exciting dynamic company operating for 9 years in the 3PL space doing ecommerce order fulfilment. We support a large range of ecommerce businesses who use our services to send their goods all around the world from our 2 warehouses in Melbourne and Perth Australia.

Between Now until the end of January we are in our peak period and are open to bringing in 2-3 team members during this time.

The ecommerce companies we support are online retailers and wholesalers here in Australia and overseas. We’re looking to grow our Melbourne Operations team with an another onsite team member to help work with our companies that have trust us with their goods to send around the world for them. You will be part of a very transparent and open team culture that allows critical thinking in a supportive environment.

We are looking for someone who
Is willing to work during the end study break between now September until the end of January for 2-3 people.
It would be great experience to work effectively as an Operations Team Member

It is an either full-time or part-time available during this contract timeframe.

Tasks & responsibilities

Work within a team of 6 people to process online orders requested

Picking Online Orders

Packing Online Orders

Process shipping portal bookings

Operating within our Melbourne location

Qualifications & experience

Required needs (or working towards)

Must Live in Melbourne

Understand Open Transparent Culture

Mathematical understanding of cubic measurement

Very high attention to detail

Have great spacial awareness.

Work well in communicating in a team

Great communication skills.

A high attention to detail.

English speaking and writing.

Maintains a positive attitude under pressure.

Advantageous skills

Educational certificate or equivalent experience.

Forklift Ticket,

Order Picker Ticket

Good hands on experience with picking and packing online orders

Amazing communication skills

Customer Support processing enquiries with a range of people

Know how to build a solution in a challenge

What we are providing in return for your services

KeepSpace shows a financial development sequence within its roles over a 3 year period to which we will display here:

During the contract period of this peak season it would be $24 to $30 an hour depending on skill set.

If it will be your first or second job role please note you would be at $20 an hour due to training applied.

All annual payments, paid on a weekly basis, each Thursday

Auto Rejections

Culture interview (Google Meetup - 45 mins)

Technical interview (In Person 2 hours)

Final interview (In Person ~30mins)
