As our business continues to grow rapidly, we’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our warehouse team in Altona, Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone who loves to stay active, enjoys being part of a positive team, and wants to grow with us.

About the Role
This is a hands-on part time position where no two days are the same. You’ll be helping keep our operations running smoothly by responding to emails, packing orders, checking stock, and ensuring our shelves and workspace are tidy. The tasks are straightforward and easy to learn, but your attitude and energy will make all the difference.

What We’re Looking For

A positive, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn (this matters more than experience).

Ability to stay active and organised throughout the day.

Previous experience in customer service or Shopify is a plus but not essential.

Someone who brings good energy — we don’t take negative energy into our space.

Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 2:30/3:00pm, with around 30+ hours per week and the possibility of full-time in the future.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Responding to customer emails.

Packing and labelling orders, and organising pick-ups.

Checking for order errors on both AU and USA websites and fixing them.

Preparing wholesale orders.

Stock checks and reporting.

General cleaning and keeping shelves tidy.
