About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Storeperson to join our team.

This role is primarily autonomous, working independently in our Dandenong warehouse, with the wider team based in NSW.

This role involves managing warehouse operations including loading trucks, packing orders, stock control, and ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and willing to learn about our products and contribute to sales when required.

You will be responsible for managing the warehouse operations on your own, while liaising with a supportive team located in Sydney, reliability is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Dispatch:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for delivery.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

Inventory Management:
- Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Report stock discrepancies and assist in stock replenishment.

Administration & Technology:
- Use computers for emails, order processing, and scanning systems.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.

Product Knowledge & Sales Support:
- Learn product ranges and assist with basic sales inquiries when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service when dealing with clients or drivers.

General Warehouse Duties:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
- Comply with all workplace health and safety policies.

Skills & Requirements

- Previous experience in a warehouse or storeperson role

- Ability to operate forklift

- Basic computer skills and ability to use email and scanning systems.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.

- Willingness to learn products and develop sales knowledge.
