Swim Teacher (Full-Time) – Fish N Flips Swim School Upper Kedron
Hours: 38 hours per week (approx. 25 hours in-water)
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications

At Fish N Flips, we’re not just teaching swimming — we’re sparking a lifelong love of swimming through play! Our Upper Kedron crew are looking for an experienced, passionate full-time teacher ready to deliver memorable moments in and out of the pool.

About the Role

  • Delivering 25 hours of in-water lessons each week, with the remaining time supporting our swim school experience
  • Teaching babies from 3 months old through to confident stroke development
  • Creating a safe, engaging and supportive environment where every child feels seen, celebrated, and set up for success
  • Collaborating with an energetic crew who lead with curiosity, joy, kindness, and courage every day
  • Enjoy a role that keeps you connected to your passion for teaching, without the pressure to “climb the ladder” to find stability

What You’ll Need (or Be Willing to Obtain)

  • Valid Swim Teaching Qualification (AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia or equivalent)
  • Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD)
  • Pool Lifeguard Certificate including First Aid & CPR
  • A genuine passion for early learning, childhood development, and being part of a purpose-driven team
