About the role
Muirfield Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to assist with the golf operations of the Club. The Club is about to embark on an exciting development journey, which will see Muirfield transformed into a destination golf and community Club.

What you'll be doing

Providing outstanding customer service to members and guests, to provide the best golfing experience.

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the golf shop, practice facilities, and associated areas

Administering Member competitions & assisting with Member & Guest bookings.

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Golf Shop and storage facilities.

Assist with the day-to-day operation of the motorised cart fleet.

Tee time management.

Stock Control and administration.

Report back to the Director of Golf on all daily operational and customer service matters and take direction on all stock related matters.

Adhering to the club's policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or golf-related role, preferably in a golf club or resort environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

A passion for golf and a desire to contribute to the success of the club

Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and holidays as required
