We are hiring Permanent Part time Outside Service Golf Attendants to work across our golf course operations and a variety of events coming.

All levels of experience & availability are welcome to apply as we are building a top tier team, committed to operational and customer service excellence, to operate across a variety of morning & afternoon (6am - 6pm) shifts 7 days a week.

Available for an immediate start & over the coming weeks.
Availability across weekends and holiday periods is essential.

Primary Duties of the Position:

The purpose of the Outside Services Attendant is to provide assistance and knowledge for all aspects of Golf Operations while providing members and their guests with the highest level of customer service and aesthetics through organisation and tidiness.

Clearly identify guest experience priorities and manage time effectively and efficiently to accommodate their needs;

Complete daily reports of all items requiring attention including rental clubs, golf carts, and general repairs and maintenance issues in and around the guest services and clubhouse areas;

Provide the availability of golf carts in the staging areas for use by the golfers;

Maintain the cleanliness and quality appearance of the golf cart fleet;

Maintain the practice areas by providing ample supply of balls for practice by the members and guests and retrieve balls from the practice area when needed;

Assist in the golf shop with the golf professional staff;

Assist the golf shop in enforcing the Rules and Regulations of the Club such as dress code, course etiquette, guest rules, etc.;

Assists with food and beverage services;

Essential qualifications for the successful applicants;

Must hold a current valid C class drivers licence - essential;

Current Responsible Service alcohol Certificate (RSA) - essential;

Food Handling Certificate
