💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Meet pre-qualified, warm leads—no cold calling or door knocking.

Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, assessing energy usage and property suitability.

Present compelling, customised solar + battery solutions using design platforms like Pylon, OpenSolar, and Nearmaps.

Guide customers through their solar journey—educating, building trust, and closing with confidence.

Clearly communicate savings, financial benefits, and environmental impact.

Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure smooth post-sale handover.

Stay informed on product developments, incentives, and rebates to provide maximum value.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Proven sales closing experience, preferably in solar, home improvement, or other in-home services.

Strong knowledge of solar and battery systems or a willingness to learn quickly.

Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills—you know how to listen, influence, and seal the deal.

Self-driven and target-focused, with the ability to work independently while following up diligently.

Familiarity with tools like Pylon, OpenSolar, Nearmaps, and CRMs is a plus.

A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport for in-home visits.
