About the role

Northam Carpet Court is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Northam, WA 6401. As a full-time Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our premium flooring products and solutions.

What you'll be doing

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommending the best flooring options to meet their requirements

Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions

Preparing detailed quotes and proposals for customers, ensuring accurate pricing and product specifications

Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and staying informed of industry trends and developments

Collaborating with the broader sales team to share best practices and contribute to the achievement of sales targets

Providing exceptional post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

Strong sales experience, preferably in the retail or home improvement industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers

A keen eye for detail and the ability to understand and interpret technical product information

A passion for providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations

Familiarity with the flooring industry or a willingness to learn and stay up to date with industry trends and developments
