As a result of one of our long serving staff relocating interstate, a great opportunity has arisen for a hands on chocolate production person to train up in this full time position.

The job involves coating a large variety of different fruits, nuts, and confectionery ingredients with chocolate to a predetermined size, shape, and weight, and then applying a finishing polish (sheen) coating.

A willingness to work with chocolate is critical, and the ability to work in a temperature controlled environment essential.

Panning or chocolate coating is the engine room of our business.

We have a small team of dedicated, well experienced panners, to assist in training the incumbent.

This is a position for a person looking for a long term role.

Age is open but, but the most desirable attributes are a strong work ethic, flexibility in terms of the variety of products to coat, stringent quality control, and team orientation.

Prior production experience in a machine environment is highly desirable.
