Projects: Commercial & Multi-Residential Project up to $800m
Location: Metro Melbourne
Salary: $160,000 to $240,000 plus Super

Randstad are partnering with their longstanding client and are seeking a Commercial Site Manager to join a Tier 1 Commercial Builder in Melbourne, best known for Commercial, Residential and Institutional projects up to $800m.
We are a fast-growing builder known for our innovative approach and excellent workplace culture, and we're looking for an experienced individual to help us deliver complex, high-quality projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial projects.

A strong understanding of project management from inception to completion.

The ability to lead a site team, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality control.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

A commitment to our values of being supportive, authentic, inspirational, and driven.

• Experience using Construction related softwares such as Hammertech, Aconex, Procore
