We are a family run boutique agency business in Safety Bay, we have a good fun atmosphere, we have a small port folio of 100+ properties and 1 Senior Property we don't micro manage our workforce if we know they are getting on with their duties. We are growing and need to add a new team member, with flexible arrangements. Flexible for Property Management Mums with school pickups.

Qualifications & experience

At least 2 years experience in Property Management and experience with PropertyMe Software System.

Ideal Candidate

Able to Create and maintain relationships with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors

A high level of attention to detail and care in work

Strong organizational and administration skills

Ability to multitask in sometimes fast-paced environment

Good attitude and ability to work in a team environment
