Public Dining Room is a contemporary fine dining Restaurant seating 120 guests, featuring fresh local ingredients while incorporating global culinary influences. Since opening in 2008 the Restaurant has built a loyal following with the Mosman locals and is known for its quality food and warm professional service.

Requirements:

A passion for food and great customer service

The ability to work well under pressure & multi-task

Good communication & organisational skills

Well presented & reliable

Responsible service of alcohol certificate required

Food handling certificate required

Experience section waiters preferred
