Bistro Ebony, a new modern European bistro in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, is opening in early October. We’re looking for Waiters, Bartenders, and Hosts to join our founding team and help bring our vision to life.

Bistro Ebony blends classic European culinary traditions with a contemporary edge, offering an exceptional yet approachable dining experience. Our vibrant bar will feature a signature cocktail list curated by Maybe Sammy, alongside a chef-hatted level wine selection and refined, seasonal menus.

We’re Looking For

- Waiters – with a passion for great food, wine, and guest experiences.

- Bartenders – skilled in crafting cocktails and providing engaging, knowledgeable service.

- Hosts – who can create a welcoming first impression and manage reservations seamlessly.
