SOUS CHEF REQUIRED
We are on the hunt for a qualified Chefs to join our friendly team here in Drouin, Great work life balance with flexible roster.
The ideal applicant we are looking for must;
Have a qualification as a chef, as well as 2+ years experience in the industry
Able and willing to work weekends and public holidays when required
Possess the ability to remain calm and work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment
Have an extremely high level of care with the food you produce, including exceptional plate presentation
Be reliable and punctual
Good listening and communication skills
Able to follow recipes, as well as produce ideas
having an eye for detail and a passion for making quality products is a must
Maintain a high level of OHS at all times
Hold a current Victorian drivers license and have own transport
