What Youβll Do
Lead, coach, and support a Customer Assist team across Assessment Scheduling, Make Safes, Home Assist, and Motor Third Party claims
Guide and train new Case Managers as they come on board
Drive a customer-first approach, balancing empathy with urgency to move claims forward
Support complex escalations and ensure compliance with processes
Monitor team performance and deliver continuous improvements
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the wider group
About You
Weβre looking for a resilient and customer-centric leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Youβll bring:
β Proven experience in team leadership in an Insurance, Financial Services, Customer service or call centre environment
β Ideally, exposure to insurance, building, or construction
β Strong coaching skills and a genuine desire to build leadership capability in others
β The ability to juggle competing priorities with a calm and mature approach
β Empathy, urgency, and a drive to support customers at their most vulnerable
