Senior Change Manager (Workplace and Property Transformation):

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead and deliver workplace transformation change initiatives, including office lease transitions, relocations, and workplace model improvements. This role requires someone who can set the strategy while also driving hands-on execution across multiple sites.

• Contract opportunity: Initial 6-12 months with likely extensions

• Work style: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the change management framework to support office lease transitions, relocations, and workplace improvements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives, cost efficiency, and employee wellbeing.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across executives, staff, landlords, and vendors.
• Drive communication and engagement activities, including FAQs, guides, town halls, and move readiness sessions.
• Conduct staff impact assessments and support the adoption of new workplace models, amenities, and technologies.
• Mentor and guide site-level change teams, ensuring consistency across locations.
• Provide clear reporting on readiness, risks, issues, and adoption progress to executives.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 8+ years of experience in change management, with a proven record in workplace transformation, office relocations, or property lease transitions.
• Experience delivering end-to-end relocation or workplace change programs.
• Ability to operate at both a strategic and site-delivery level – comfortable presenting to executives while also rolling up your sleeves to support staff on the ground.
• Strong background in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to balance business cost efficiency with employee experience and wellbeing.
• Change management certification (e.g. PROSCI) desirable.
