Project Manager - Commercial Fit out, Refurb and New Build Projects.

Highly respected and established builder are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have well varied experience and have done a mixture of new build and fit out projects and have worked in the education space before ideally.

The Role
The role is for a Project Manager to join the business working on a range of commercial fit out, refurb and new build projects up to $15 mil.

The Requirements
To apply for this position you will need

• A tertiary qualification in construction
• Delivery and Administration experience on commercial projects
• A portfolio of commercial projects in excess of $5m
• Ability to run multiple projects at various stages at once
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven prior experience completing multiple projects within the Australian market
• Have worked for a head contractor
