We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to lead construction projects from planning through to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, has strong leadership skills, and is committed to delivering high-quality results on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with management to interpret client briefs and define project scope

Organise and oversee planning processes including design, materials, and timelines

Direct and supervise construction activities across various sites

Prepare sites and coordinate resources prior to project commencement

Monitor building work to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards

Liaise with engineers, designers, and consultants to meet project objectives

Lead construction teams to ensure efficient and timely project delivery

Conduct safety checks and enforce PPE and equipment protocols

Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring proper use and servicing

Support team members and resolve on-site issues as they arise
