The role
As a Workforce Planner, you'll keep things moving making sure customers get the right support at the right time. It's fast-paced, people-focused work that blends rostering, problem solving, and clear communication. If you've thrived in call centres, banking, scheduling or other high-volume roles, you'll fit right in.
This position works on a rotating monthly roster Monday to Friday, between 6am – 6pm (depending on call volumes)
What you'll do
- Build and manage rosters that match customer needs with staff availability.
- Respond to calls and changes quickly, keeping records accurate.
- Work with customers, families, and teams to deliver safe, timely services.
- Flag risks, issues, or workforce gaps and support future planning.
What you need
- Passion for aged care, disability, or mental health services.
- Resilience and confidence in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong communicator, organised, and calm under pressure.
- Problem solver who looks for better ways of working.
