About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, all-round painter to join our award-winning team. In this hands-on Team Leader role, you’ll confidently work independently on projects or lead a small team on-site, reporting to our Operations Manager. You’ll manage jobs from start to finish across residential repaints, new builds, and commercial works, ensuring work is safe, efficient, and to a high standard.

What You Will Be Doing

On-Site Painting & Project Work: Prepare and paint a variety of surfaces, including walls, ceilings, trims, doors, and windows, across residential repaints, new builds, and commercial projects.

Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a small team on-site, coordinating tasks to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Client Interaction: Confidently liaise with clients, keeping them informed and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.

Project Coordination: Use AroFlo to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Team & Culture Development: Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team while maintaining high craftsmanship standards on every project

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Painter: Proven experience across residential, new build, and commercial projects

Organised & Detail-Oriented: Strong time management, project coordination, and attention to detail on every job

Client & Team Communication: Confidently discuss project details, paint options, and solutions with clients, while keeping your team and administration informed to ensure projects run smoothly and to everyone’s satisfaction.

Proficiency in job management software: experience with using tech/software to manage tasks and track progress.

Full driver’s license & Australian work rights.
