Level 3 Engineer / Systems Engineer

NT Partners are partnering with a fast-growing managed service provider who are looking to bring on a Level 3 Engineer to strengthen their team. This is a great chance to step into a role where you’ll have real influence, variety in your work, and the opportunity to mentor others.

What you’ll be doing

• Acting as the key escalation point for Level 2 engineers
• Working across projects such as Office 365 and SharePoint migrations
• Setting up and supporting networks, firewalls, and servers
• Installing and configuring Windows Server environments
• Mentoring and guiding service desk engineers

What we’re looking for

• Office 365 & SharePoint migrations
• Azure environment
• Windows Server builds (end-to-end)
• Networking (firewalls, switches, routers)
• Hyper-V / VMware & virtual data centres
• Active Directory (new domain setups)

• 4+ years’ experience in an MSP or similar IT support environment
• Strong skills in:
  
• A valid driver’s license
• Australian PR or Citizenship (required for consideration)
