Description

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Manage financial reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor the Accounting & Finance team to achieve performance goals.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the executive level.
• Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial risk management practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational needs.
• Ensure the integrity of financial systems and processes.

Profile

A successful Head of Finance will be able to demonstrate:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accreditation such as CA or CPA.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to grow the team.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Ability to present and engage with senior leaders, including business owners.
