About the Role

Provides administrative oversight of post's residential security program. Serves as the point of contact on all residential security matters between the Regional Security Office, General Service Office, Facilities Maintenance, and landlords. Conducts security surveys of all current housing to ensure residential security standards are maintained and conducts security surveys on all proposed housing to ensure security suitability can be obtained and compliance with the Overseas Security Policy Board’s OSPB standards before occupancy.

Major duties and responsibilities include Security Survey & Inspection and Administrative & Upgrade Management.

Skills and Experience

Two (2) years of office administrative experience that includes managing customer inquiries, complaints, and drafting reports and correspondence.

Completion of secondary school (Year 10)

Must be able to work independently and adhere to strict deadlines.

Must possess basic keyboarding skills.

Computer literacy on a variety of software applications, Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Google Earth is required.

Must posses a valid driver's license.
