This is a great opportunity for an experienced Product Lead to drive the strategic direction, enhancement, and lifecycle management of digital platforms supporting virtual, home, and community care.
You'll play a critical role in shaping and executing the product roadmap, ensuring solutions are user-centric, clinically aligned, and operationally effective. Working closely with business and clinical leaders, you'll lead platform optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact patient outcomes and care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Digital Care Platform, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Define and deliver the product roadmap, prioritising features based on user needs, clinical impact, and business value.
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians and operational leaders to ensure frontline needs are met.
• Champion adoption through training, change management, and support strategies.
• Lead structured feedback loops to identify pain points and inform product decisions.
• Oversee incident management, release planning, testing, and change control.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and clinical outcomes to guide roadmap decisions.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Drive integration and interoperability initiatives aligned with national digital health standards.

About you:

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare environments with strong knowledge of clinical and operational workflows.
• Must have high level of digital literacy, including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 (particularly Field Services and Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare), SharePoint, Azure, and Power BI.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams to deliver digital health solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to consult, influence, and collaborate across clinical, technical, and business domains.
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting health-related applications.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or CI/CD methodologies, automation, version control, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Developer Toolkit.
• Exposure to Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), remote patient monitoring, and integration of Microsoft platforms with external systems (Desireable).

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in Health, Clinical Education, IT, Health Informatics, Health Information Management or related.
• CHIA, ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications (Desireable).
