As our highly valued Impact and Evaluation Coordinator, you’ll use your expertise in implementing evaluation practices and research skills to guide our organisation towards measuring and achieving health outcomes and building our evidence base.
You’ll make an impact at scale by:
Leading and coordinating SWSPHN evaluation projects and activities
Building qualitative and quantitative evaluation instruments, including surveys/questionnaires, progress reporting and scorecards
Leading and coordinating SWSPHN’s involvement in research projects
Facilitating the monitoring and evaluation of our commissioned services and broader programs
Build internal research and evaluation capacity within the organisation
Contribute to the robust planning and procurement of commissioned services
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Experience applying evaluation and research methodologies and translating knowledge using an outcomes focused approach and program logic
Evaluation and/or research experience in health policy, health promotion, research and/or performance monitoring
Experience using a range of qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation methods and capacity to coach and advise staff
Demonstrated ability to establish working relationships with all levels of stakeholders and act with respect and integrity
Demonstrated ability to use critical and strategic thinking and engage multiple perspectives
Experience working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Show a commitment to learning and seeking new ways to grow and develop by being inquisitive and adapting to change.
