As our highly valued Integration and Priority Populations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing commissioned contracts, liaising with key stakeholder groups and advocating for the improved health of priority populations within South Western Sydney.
You’ll make an impact at scale by:
Working with commissioned service providers to deliver real health outcomes for our local communities.
Engaging with key stakeholder groups in primary care, public health and the NGO sector to support an integrated health system.
Supporting SWSPHN’s health planning via advocacy of health needs and service gaps within your priority population areas, including culturally and linguistically diverse communities and people experiencing homelessness.
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Skills and experience in contract and/or project management
Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and autonomously.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g.: health, social work, project management), or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
