A passionate Interior Designer is sought to join a fast-growing boutique Design and Construction firm specialising in Education, Healthcare/Aged Care, and Hospitality Refurbishment and Fitouts. This firm prides itself on being service and quality-driven, with an established loyal client base, including leading private schools and national healthcare providers. The successful candidate will enjoy the freedom to design and the opportunity to grow their own design team within a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the pre-construction phase, engaging with clients and stakeholders, conducting site appraisals, and developing schematic designs.
• Lead the full design lifecycle, including concept development, creating 3D renders, mood boards, and producing detailed plans, elevations, and FFE specifications.
• Design entire projects rather than just components, working across diverse industries on dynamic, high-impact projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Built Environment Interior Design degree or a similar qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years of Australian experience in a comparable role, whether in a studio or Design and Construction setting.
• Exceptional skills in 3D rendering.
• Strong understanding of synchronised fit-out design requirements, including lighting, mechanical systems, data integration, circulation, and flow.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or Archicad.
