We’re looking for someone who’s confident on the phone, enjoys consultative conversations, and isn’t afraid to ask the right questions and guide people through to enrolment. This role blends customer service, sales, and career advice, so you’ll need both empathy and drive to succeed.

What you’ll do

• Handle student enquiries over phone and email with warmth and professionalism
• Run longer conversations (20 to 30 minutes) to understand career goals
• Guide students through course options and help them enrol
• Follow up consistently and keep accurate CRM records
• Work to achievable enrolment targets while maintaining a high quality service

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication skills and a natural, friendly phone manner
• Customer service or sales experience in call centre, retail, hospitality or similar
• Comfortable working towards goals and deadlines without losing the human touch
• Organised and proactive, able to manage conversations and follow ups
• A positive, coachable attitude and a genuine interest in people’s success
