Flour Child Cocktail Bar & Pizzeria opened its doors in late 2019 and has been thriving ever since. Building on that success, we expanded with our second venue in Richmond last year, and we’re now preparing to launch our CBD location next year. the next step before taking Flour Child nationwide.
The Flour Child brand heroes the iconic Pinsa Romana pizzas and our unique cocktail bar. Our venues are carefully curated to deliver an unparalleled customer experience that resonates with a wide variety of people after differing demands.

We are on the hunt for an outgoing and results-driven Sales Manager to join the team. Working across our soon to be network, the purpose of this role will be to generate demand for functions and events at Flour Child, whether that be corporate or personal events.
The successful candidate will be expected to generate new leads and have demonstrated ability of converting leads and sealing deals in record time.
This role will require some travel between venues from time to time.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Farm for new corporate business leads in the surrounding areas and work collaboratively with the marketing team to reach out to these potential clients
Strategise with operations and marketing teams on campaigns and activations to drive new business
Cold call and meet potential corporate clients to drive awareness to functions at Flour Child
Build and develop a customer database for events and functions
Convert function and event enquiries, ensuring KPI’s are met and exceeded
Manage and execute all events collaboratively with the operations team
Generate quotes, contracts and invoices as required
Managing the systems and/or CRM’s used for event management and database management
Requirements of the Role:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales and Events within the industry
Outgoing and confident personality with a natural flair for building rapport
Strong negotiator with a focus on conversions and closing deals
Pro-active, organised and innovative in their approach to achieve results
Flexible in attitude and work hours
Creative and strategic thinker
Natural ability to work the room
