A day in the life

As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll:

Work with Engineers and Project Managers to deliver high-quality HVAC projects.

Assist with engineering calculations, concept layouts, and equipment selection.

Apply industry codes and standards while learning from experienced colleagues.

Support project planning, budgets, and documentation using Procore.

Review supplier options and contribute to quality assurance before construction.

Participate in team meetings, progress reporting, and subcontractor coordination.

Essential:

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) or Diploma of Engineering (Technical/Mechanical)

Permanent rights to work in Australia and eligibility for a security clearance

Desirable:

Experience or exposure to engineering projects

Proficiency in software tools such as Python, Camel, or Procore

Working towards Chartered status with Engineers Australia

Attitude & skills:

Team-focused, proactive, and eager to learn

Strong attention to detail and professionalism

Positive approach to challenges and problem-solving
